How Do I Remove Window Haze From My Truck’s Soft Top

Difficulty: Low
Cost: Less than $50
Time Required:1 – 2 hours
Special Items Needed: Novus Plastic Protectant, Pledge

You can get Novus Plastic Protectant and fine scratch remover from most Jeep product magazines. These work great for removing small scratches and helping with “haze.”

Remember to never use paper towels, or any strong window cleaner, which could damage your windows. Also, if you are in a crunch, you can use Pledge (yes the furniture polish) on the windows.

It’s more of just a cover-up, but it’s quick and cheap! I like the lemon-scented myself, sort of masks the “I’ve been in some DEEP sour sludge” smell.
